Help others get more active

Given the stresses and pressures of the Coronavirus crisis, it’s more important than ever that we keep active – whether inside or outside – to maintain our mental wellbeing, as well keep ourselves physically healthy.

Many of us are now spending the majority of our time at home, indoors. Although a variety of local leisure providers; group activities and social opportunities are not currently accessible, the great news is that you can exercise at home, as well as once a day outside!

The UK government has advised that you should go outside for a walk, run or cycle once per day, provided you meet the latest rules on staying at home and social distancing  and are not considered an extremely vulnerable individual.
