This privacy notice specifically refers to our use of data collected via the Let’s Go Southall website, which is being managed on behalf of the Let’s Go Southall project by EALING COUNCIL. For this project Ealing Council is the Data Controller and will collect and process your personal data.

The information you provide is confidential and subject to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. This personal data will be held and processed by Let’s Go Southall, Let’s Ride Southall and Ealing Council for the purpose(s) of providing and monitoring the effectiveness of the Let’s Go Southall and Let’s Ride Southall Programmes and comply with any statutory duty in relation with public health placed on the local authorities, including service communication purposes. The data will also be shared with the Transport and Highway teams for transport monitoring. The personal details you provide may also be shared with third parties for the purposes of undertaking research, for the provision of appropriate services, as part of any statutory duties requiring such disclosure and to protect the public funds the Council collects and administers on the basis that they treat the information as confidential. Data we collect

We are inviting people to register for future updates about the project. For this we will need to collect the following information from you as part of the registration process: • Your name • Your email address. Lawful basis for processing

We will process your personal data if you give us consent to do so for the purposes of keeping in touch with you about the Let’s Go Southall and Let’s Ride Southall projects.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your data and, where data is found to be inaccurate, to have that data corrected. In certain circumstances you have the right to have data held about you erased or the use of it restricted. You may also object to processing.
